Apartment F

Cosy attic Apartment with one bedroom sleeping five persons.

Apartment F is our attic flat in our nice yellow house.  Homy and comfortable right underneath the turf roof, offering room for five persons.

Apartment F is located on the top floor of a nice house at the lower end of our garden.  The house we are talking about lies in an area that will soon be mini-golf course.  This is a beautiful house with a romantic turf roof and checked windows,

On the outside of the house there are some stairs leading up to a small veranda offering a view towards the area of Stikkaåsen and the city of Sarpsborg.  Up here on the veranda is one of the few spots that you can actually see the new E6 motorway from Utne Camping.

Straight into the living-room.

Once inside you immediately enter the living-room.  Here you will find a small comfortable sitting group with a sofa that very easily can be changed into double bed.  A small table, TV with lots of channels and seats for five people.  The furniture is modern and stylish.  The flat is covered within our wireless internet system.  Connection to the net available.

The apartment  has parquet floors with under-floor heating.  In the kitchen you will find a cooker with fire plates and even an oven.  Exhaust fan, refrigerator/freezer and coffee-machine are of course there to be found.  You’ll even find a dishwashing-machine in this room, so that your holiday will be as pleasant as possible.

Underneath the ceiling we have found space for a comfortable bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet.  In the bathroom you will also find a washing-machine and a tumble drier.

Private outdoor area in the garden.

Maybe the most attractive thing about apartment  F is the private outdoor area.  At ground level we have built an “arbour” made of ornamental trees.  Inside this you will find a big table surrounded by several chairs and also a modern gas grill for your private use only.  Because of this you can always invite friends and acquaintances to a really luxurious grill evening, totally undisturbed and private.
