Apartments A and B

Romantic two-storey apartment for six persons.

Apartment A and B are midsized apartments with an undisturbed sitting-out area in connection with our big garden.  The apartments  hold two floors with two separate bedrooms and a private bathroom with shower and toilet upstairs.  On the ground floor you can find sitting-room and a nice kitchen leading right out to an undisturbed terrace.

Well protected and straight into the garden.

Well protected behind a small idyllic garden and with its “back” to the rest of the site you’ll find apartment  A and B.  Here you are well protected from everything else at Utne.  In front of the apartments  there is a stone terrace with comfortable outdoor furniture and also a private outdoor grill.  A sunshade keeps the sun away from the food and after a nice meal you can enjoy the peace in a nice sunset among fruit bushes and apple trees.

Midsize flats.

Inside the apartments  are midsize.  You’ll find a sitting-room with a kitchen corner and a fireplace.  Inside the open kitchen there are a washbasin, a roomy dishwashing machine and a ceramic cooking plate with four hotplates.  There is also a fridge (cool and freeze) with lots of space for both supplies and your own “catch”.  In the cupboards you’ll find cutlery, drinking glasses and every piece of kitchen equipment you can expect to find.  Cups, saucepans and frying pans in high quality.

The sitting-room and the drawing-room.

The dining section includes lots of space for 6 persons and there’s even room for an elegant service around the table.  The kitchen and the sitting-room have a number of small “cute” windows.  Besides the big window facing the terrace and the garden you’ll find comfortable furniture including a sofa bed.  This piece of furniture can with a simple grip be turned into a double bed.

TV and Internet.

In the sitting-room there are also a radio and a flat screen TV.  The TV is connected to our cable TV system and thus the choice of channels may impress any guest, even locals!

The apartments  are all within coverage of our wireless internet.  Internet connection available, TV is included.

Bedrooms on the first floor.

One staircase up and well protected from everything that may be going on in the apartment, you’ll find the sleeping section.  Here you can retire to two separate bedrooms, each one holding bed space for two.  The beds are big and comfortable with new mattresses, thick, comfortable quilts and soft pillows.  In the bedrooms you’ll also find big dormer  windows and a nice, clean bathroom with shower and toilet.
