The last thing you want after a long day at the construction site is to have to walk through a “poshy” hotel reception.

Many people feel that way when they are going to stay near the project they are currently working on. You do not always feel at ease in the company of dark suits and stiff shirt collars after a long day of hard work. It's all about feeling good coming "home" after a long and tiring day. Feeling awkward and sloppy compared to the party dressed hotel guests is not the most tempting.

This is where we are at Utne has the solution. Just as simple as it is flexible. Here we have luxury apartments where you can walk in straight from the "street". You do not have to walk by desk guards dressed in fancy suits. There is no concierge to nag and the way to the shower is extremely short.

Depending on how the budget looks like and the requirements of well deserved comfort we have solutions to fit the individual. We are experiencing an increasing number of surprised guests who had expected a simple camp, but came to a complex with a standard of a hotel and a feeling of home.

Here we are talking about the apartments with separate bedrooms and a large comfortable kitchen. We have a large bathroom, free showers, and plenty of room for the weary worker. There are apartments where you can live alone and larger housing units where there is room and space enough to share with colleagues without finding things difficult to explain to the spouse at home.

Food, laundry, rest and care

All apartments have fully equipped kitchens with refrigerator, cook top, dishwasher and coffee maker. Cutlery and cups and plates are a matter of course.

Several of the apartments also have their own laundry room with washer and dryer. All have cable TV and radio with good channel offers, so you can relax and feel at home even if you are far away from home.

On request we take care of wireless Internet connection with free download and good bandwidth. Otherwise, we strive to meet your individual needs.
